Cheddars opens newest location in West Knoxville

Cheddars' newest East Tennessee restaurant opened Monday. It's located at Gallaher View Road and Kingston Pike in West Knoxville.

A good crowd was there for dinner Monday evening, and one customer we talked with says it was a good first experience.

"I've never seen a restaurant go up as quick as this did. I just live about five minutes from here, and I've been looking forward to coming in because of the experience I had at the Maryville restaurant, and the prices are unbelievable," said Ed Smith.
