LMU law school makes changes as it works toward accreditation
An East Tennessee law school is making changes to work toward accreditation from the American Bar Association.
The Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law lost its bid for accreditation last December. The school has re-applied and plans to drop a lawsuit it filed against the ABA.
The ABA identified three standards which the institution hasn't yet complied with related to changing economic conditions in the legal profession.
