Red Cross volunteers keep Vol fans safe at Neyland
A sold up Neyland Stadium holds enough people to make it the sixth largest city in the State of Tennessee.
And just like in a real city, emergency personnel need to quickly respond to dozens of game-day emergencies.
It's possible, in large part, to a group of Red Cross volunteers called First Aid Service Team.
Long before there's any action on the field, there's lots of action in the stands.
Three hours before kick off the volunteers assemble to get assignments and a briefing on expectations for the day.
